Plot Allotment Procedure of Purbachal Probashi Palli
On availability of plot customer may have their own choose of plot.
Apply in company form with 2 pass port size photo.
Booking money TK. 10,000(ten thousand) to be send with application form.
If you want to pay whole amount at a time then left over amount to be paid after 15 days of paying the booking money.
In case of installment 30% down payment to be given with in one month of plot booking. Left over amount to be paid as per the agreement of the company.
When you pay whole amount at a time or in case of installment after payment of 30% down payment Inspired Development Ltd. will sign an agreement with the applicant.
Plot sale price would be decided as per the company price list. It is to be mentioned that company rights reserved for changing of the price value but that will not be applicable for the client who has already given the plot booking.
All payment to be done against Inspired Development Ltd. by cash/cheque/bank draft/pay order and company money receipt to be collected.
NRB may pay the equivalent amount in foreign currency by TT/Bank Draft.
Electricity and Gas main line to be connected by the company arrangement but required expenditure will be included with the price of each katha. The plot owner will bear the expenditure of connecting his/her plot with electricity and Gas line.
After paying the whole amount the selected plot to be handed over to the owner and registration to be done in his/her name.
Registration fees, document stamp duty, vat, document charge and other miscellaneous expenditure to be borne by the customer.
If the size of the plot is found less or more then price value can be adjusted during registration.
After booking the plot if the client disagrees to buy the plot or cancelling the issued paper if he wants to get back the money then he should apply with in 15 days of plot booking. In that case booking money will be returned after deducting 10%. But if 15 days exceeds to apply then 6% documentation charge to be deducted from the total deposited amount and left over amount would be returned or after passing of particular time left over amount to be returned with out any service charge.
Matter to be considered by the client if plot hand over is delayed due to natural disaster of political unrest.
The owner of the plot should use the plot for specified purpose and all development of the plot to be done as per the rules of Rajuk.
For the greater interest of the company or Rajuk the lay out plan of the project may be changed or altered that also need to be taken in to consideration.
